We bought this fone last january, and ngamit ko siya for 3months now, wala nman problem nung una but later on nung install sya ng games mdalas na maghung so i was force to na ipa-reprogram.
ReplyDeletenhihirapan siya mgcharge kc sira n agad ung battery charger niya kaya everyday is phirapan mgcharge ng fone, i dont know what to do, kya ibebenta n lng nmin khit mganda siya, and we'll buy a new one.
This is unfortunate. Maybe there are already some defects on the hardware itself. Have you tried sending this back to the cherry mobile store where you brought it? Since it has 1 year warranty, you have the right for a repair or replacement. Sayang naman if you sell this for a low price. (:

ReplyDeleteI think Cherry Mobile is focused on releasing the phones that were placed in their Cherry Mobile Festival Leaflets. I do not know yet when will be the next shipment of CM Cruize. Why not try the Cherry Mobile Flare or Hyper? :)

DeleteBought an Alcatel for 9K last year. After one year of use bumagal na masyado. Sarap ibalibag. Bought a Cruize last week for 4.5K. Kung bumagal man siya after 1 year eh di hindi masyadong mabigat, diba? Bili lang ulit. Bye, Alcatel. I'll never look at any of yer phones again. Unless you price them at 2,500 range lol.

DeleteI have this Cherry Mobile Cruize. My problems are I can't play Candy Crush. Pag maglalaro na ko, lalabas lang yung screen na King logo na nagsasabing loading. Pero after a minute, nag eexit na sya kusa. Di ako makalaro. Kahit galibg ako facebook, ganun pa din. and the subway surfers, yung character ko, running forward but facing backwards. Please help how to fix these.
ReplyDeleteTry to do a factory reset po..baka kasi dami nyong apps at wala ng ram for running apps.. caution lng mawawala po apps at data nyo but it will feel like its new. :)

Deletekase mumurahing phone. kaya ganyan ang spelling. i had the unfortunate experience of buying this excuse of a budget phone. sira kaagad ang usb charging port nya. sabi ng tech may natanggal daw sa board. naibalik ung charging, pero ung data CONNTECT nya hindi na gumagana.

Deleteif games.po hanap nyo go for dual cores po..single core.lang po kasi ang cruize baka maghang wyl playing. if standby it will go for 1.5 days or more. sana nakatulong. :)

DeleteI have discovered a lot of disappointing problems regarding Cherry Mobile Cruize which I just bought last Thursday. I hope these issues will be addressed as soon as possible:
ReplyDelete1. I can't play games such as Candy Crush and Beach Buggy. Although I can download these games but when I get into them, they will just return to homepage. I really need to have Candy Crush ASAP.
2. The camera is not really good at all. I thought it's 8 MP. Or even when it's 5 MP, I still don't get the quality I deserve unlike my previous phone.
3. There are a lot of times that when I connect the USB cable to charge, the phone turns off. It's so frustrating to keep on turning it on with the annoying start up sound.
4. There are several typographical errors in the phone especially grammar. I'm not perfect but this has something to do about phones. The makers should have reviewed the texts before releasing them to the market.
I hope Cherry Mobile can realize the countless complaints from their customers and resolve the issues right away before it's too late.
i sympathize with you on this regard. sana ng may nakakabasa na cm members owners dito. for those who will buy make sure you research first before purchasing pra hindi magsisi. :(

DeleteGood evening po.. 3 months na po sa akin yung Cruize ko, and last week lang nagkaproblema.. pag kino-connect ko sya sa PC, or laptop, nagchacharge lang sya.. pero hndi connected sa PC (as in mkakapagtransfer ng files).. nagchacharge lang :( and there are times naman na pag nakacharge sya (thru outlet) hndi nadadagdagan ung batt.. nakalagay lang "charging" pero hndi nadadagdagan..

ReplyDeletehi there, am having a problem with my Cherry Mobile Omega XL. nagloloko ang mic nya. factory defects kaya to or sa tweaking lng? pinabili ko lang to sa kakilala ko sa pinas tpos pinadala saken. ndi ko napansin nung una pero nung nag-try na ko tumawag gamit ang viber at skype, ndi ako naririnig ng kausap ko. when i tried using sound recorder dun ko nalaman na hindi pla gumagana ang mic. ano kya pwedeng solusyon dito? tweaks or repair n tlga?
