Google Threatened by Samsung

Mar 31, 2013

Google’s Android platform has become extremely popular nowadays, and one manufacturer is dominating the market sales of Android phones and tablets over the last couple of years, Samsung, who have had very huge success, including profits, with Android.

According to a recent report by the Wall Street Journal, the people at Google are worried with Samsung’s dominance with Android devices, and that Samsung will grow so huge that they will be able to dominate Google as well.

Samsung S3, Samsung vs. Google
Out of all the sold Android devices, which includes tablets and smartphones, Samsung devices own approximately 40 percent of all Android sales, which is very much higher than any other Android manufacturer.

Google is making its money from Android through advertising revenue they get, and Google is very much worried that Samsung will create their own version of Android for their Samsung devices just like Amazon has for their Kindle series.
