Announcing the Lenovo S920 Quad-core with Android 4.2 Jelly Bean

Mar 25, 2013

The Lenovo S920 is now officially released. It had made an appearance over at Lenovo China’s webstore.  This gadget sounds like it could compete with Samsung’s Galaxy Note II. Though, it should be cheaper than the Note II of course. It will be released April in China. No news on whether it will be sold elsewhere. But we are hoping it will arrive in the Philippines.

So what are its specifications?

Lenovo S920 Quad-core with Android 4.2 Jelly Bean

OS: Android 4.2 Jelly Bean, the first Lenovo smartphone to run this version of Jelly Beans
Display: 5.3 inch HD (1280 x 720) display
Camera: 8MP rear camera, 2MP front-facing camera,
RAM: 1GB
Other Features:
SD Card: MicroSD card support
Battery: 2,250 mAh
Case: 7.9mm
Processor MT6589 quad-core processor, clocked at 1.2GHz.

As mentioned above, we would like to touch it here in the Philippines. We want to see how Filipinos would react to a fairly new Lenovo line of phones. Take note, this is cheaper than the Note II. (giggles)
