Most services such as Search Engines (like Google, Yahoo and Bing), News Aggregators, Ping Services, Blog Directories make use of site feed to retrieve latest posts and content from your site.
Blogger offers two formats of feeds in their blogs - Atom and RSS. By default, Blogger uses the Atom format for feeds. But you can use either Atom or RSS URL when you need a feed address of your blog. Below you can find the different types of feed URLs available for Blogger.

Before we start, let me lay out a reminder.
[Blog Address] is your blogspot domain.
For example: http://calcunico.blogspot.com

ATOM

[Blog Address]/feeds/posts/default
or
[Blog Address]/atom.xml

RSS
[Blog Address]/feeds/posts/default?alt=rss
or
[Blog Address]/atom.xml?alt=rss

So here iare examples of this blog's feed URL:

http://calcunico.blogspot.com/feeds/posts/default
or
http://calcunico.blogspot.com/atom.xml?alt=rss
