Here is what I have found out about hot peppers!
Capsaicin, the compound that gives chili peppers its kick, heats up your body, which makes you melt additional calories. You can
get it by eating raw, cooked, dried or powdered. Add as much hot sauce as possible to soups, eggs and meats.
No wonder our Asian brothers and sisters are not getting fat. :)
