My First Dividend from a Cooperative

This is a photograph of my first ever dividend from a cooperative. Even if it only reads Php 200, it is a good start.

I have joined this cooperative last June 2012 and good thing I received something from them.

But I have some questions about cooperatives:

1. Do all cooperatives give dividends?
2. Does the shares gain interests?
3. What is the average interest rate cooperatives give? (I know the interest is higher than the banks.)

Hoping someone answers...hahaha
