Typhoon Crising's Signal #1

Another tropical depression hits the Philippines. It is named "Crising."

Here are the areas with Signal #1:
1. Zamboanga del Norte
2. Zamboanga del Sur
3. Zamboanga Sibugay

Tropical Depression Crising will be 60 kms South West of Zamboanga by Wednesday.
