The third installment of the Iron Man is near. When will it be released in our local cinema? This is one of the many movies I anticipate for this year.

Free McMuffins on First National Breakfast Day!

I took this photo, shown below, while ordering a meal from McDonald's Xavier University Branch, Cagayan de Oro City. Anyways, what is all the fuzz about National Breakfast Day?

On Monday, March 18, McDonald's Philippines together with about 5,000 other branches in Asia, the Middle East and South Africa will be celebrating the first National Breakfast Day. The classic favorite grab n' go breakfast item, the McMuffin, will be given away for free to the first 1,000 customers in each branch.

2013 National Achievement Test in Cagayan de Oro City

As a start, I want to clear things up. What is meant by an Achievement Test?

According to education.com, an Achievement Test is a test of knowledge or proficiency based on something learned or taught. The purpose of an achievement test is to determine student's knowledge in a particular subject area. Achievement tests are often administered by the state to measure specific areas of learning such as math, reading, writing, science, and social studies.

Thus, the National Achievement Test (NAT) is aimed to test pupils knowledge in the different subjects. The subjects I am pertaining to are the following: Filipino, Mathematics, English, Science and HeKaSi (Heograpia, Kasaysayan at Sibika). The said test was to be answered in 3 hours and 50 minutes.

Sweet & Sour and Curry Fish at Mandarin Centrio

Last night, we ate at Mandarin located on the third floor of Centrio Ayala Mall in Cagayan de Oro City. I just love these fish recipes they offer to customers.

This is good since it is the season of lent.

LET in Cagayan de Oro

I was taking my morning walk to Cogon Market when I saw a huge crowd of people buzzing around the front gate of Camaman-an Elementary School. I just then remembered that the Licensure Exam for Teacher (LET) is today. :)

Camaman-an at Dawn

I went out of the house at about 5 in the morning. My goals were to have a walk around our barangay and to break a little sweat.

My aunt then said buy some pandesal, so I brought 10 pesos with me.

I have noticed the tranquility around and so I took my phone and shot the scene.

I hope we take time to see the calmness of things before we drown into the sea of busy work and tedious school.
